Alcuni consigli per consumarlo in modo ottimale sono:<\/p>\n<p>Si raccomanda che siano al punto esatto di maturazione in modo che abbiano le propriet\u00e0 ottimali. Hanno un buon contenuto di vitamina C e A.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ciliegie:<\/strong> Le ciliegie sono un&#8217;altra delle delizie di stagione dal colore rosso intenso e dal sapore dolce e coinvolgente. Sono ricchi di vitamina A, C, E e B.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nespole:<\/strong> una delle vitamine pi\u00f9 deliziose e povere di calorie sono le nespole. Tambi\u00e9n hablaremos de la <a href=\"https:\/\/tienda.frutamare.com\/blogs\/tus-dudas-sobre-frutas-y-verduras\/beneficios-de-comer-fruta\"><strong>cantidad diaria recomendada<\/strong><\/a> (no os preocup\u00e9is, podr\u00e9is consumir bastante cada d\u00eda) as\u00ed como de los diferentes tipos que encontraremos <strong>seg\u00fan la estaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o<\/strong>, ya sea en invierno, en oto\u00f1o, en primavera o en verano. Adem\u00e1s, os hemos adjuntado <strong>un glosario de la A a la Z<\/strong> con todas las diferentes piezas que podemos encontrar en nuestro mercado m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p><p>[toc]<\/p><h2><span id=\"Composicion_y_Propiedades_de_la_Frutas\">Composici\u00f3n y Propiedades de la Fruta<\/span><\/h2><p><strong>La mayor parte de la composici\u00f3n de estas suele ser agua<\/strong>, teniendo de media\u00a0<strong>algo m\u00e1s de un 80% de concentraci\u00f3n por pieza<\/strong>. Decir que\u00a0<strong>las calor\u00edas suelen depender de su porcentaje de carbohidratos<\/strong>\u00a0por norma general, aunque puede haber excepciones.<\/p><p><strong>Los carbohidratos suelen deberse a los az\u00facares de las propias piezas, en este caso fructosa, glucosa o sacarosa entre otros<\/strong>. Estos az\u00facares son\u00a0<strong>los responsables de que esta sepa dulce, suculenta y apetecible<\/strong>. Ciertos tipos\u00a0<strong>puede tener hidratos de carbono complejos como el almid\u00f3n<\/strong>, aunque cuanto m\u00e1s madura es m\u00e1s suele bajar el porcentaje de estos az\u00facares.\u00a0<strong>El porcentaje de carbohidratos suele ser entre un 5% y un 18% seg\u00fan la pieza que consumamos<\/strong>.<\/p><p>En cuanto a grasas por norma general\u00a0<strong>la mayor\u00eda tienen menos de un 0,5% de grasa por pieza, aunque en el caso del aguacate (14%) o el coco (35%) la concentraci\u00f3n de grasa es mayor<\/strong>.<\/p><p>La riqueza vitam\u00ednica tambi\u00e9n es algo que las hace necesarias en la dieta diaria y es que aportan\u00a0<strong>vitamina A, B1, B2, B6, C, \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico<\/strong>\u00a0y minerales como el\u00a0<strong>calcio, potasio, zinc, hierro, s\u00edlice, magnesio<\/strong>\u2026 Adem\u00e1s su\u00a0<strong>carga en fibras<\/strong>\u00a0ayuda a la\u00a0<strong>correcta absorci\u00f3n de los nutrientes<\/strong>\u00a0en nuestro sistema digestivo. Rese\u00f1ar que los\u00a0<strong>antioxidantes, flavonoides, terpenos y selenio<\/strong>, entre otros, nos mantiene m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes y sanos.<\/p><p>Contienen importante aporte vitam\u00ednico (vitaminas A, C, B1, B2, B6, \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico) y mineral (potasio, hierro, calcio, magnesio, s\u00edlice, zinc, sulfatos, fosfatos, cloruros).<br \/>Aportan fibra, principalmente celulosa y pectinas.<br \/>La mayor\u00eda tienen un alto contenido de agua que oscila entre un 80 y 95 por ciento.<br \/>Poseen antioxidantes, flavonoides, terpenos, selenio, compuestos fen\u00f3licos y sustancias fitoqu\u00edmicas.<\/p><h2><span id=\"Cantidad_Diaria_Recomendada\">Cantidad Diaria Recomendada<\/span><\/h2><p>La cantidad diaria recomendada al d\u00eda es de\u00a0<strong>m\u00ednimo de 3 raciones<\/strong>, esto equivale a\u00a0<strong>120\/200 gramos por raci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0o lo que es lo mismo:\u00a0<strong>una pieza que nos quepa en la palma de la mano<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>una taza de fresas<\/strong>\u00a0o\u00a0<strong>un par de rodajas de sand\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0equivaldr\u00eda a una raci\u00f3n. Algunas recomendaciones para consumirla de forma \u00f3ptima son:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Se recomienda que est\u00e9n en el punto de madurez exacto<\/strong>\u00a0para que tengan las propiedades m\u00e1s \u00f3ptimas.
